Sample Thank You Letter Open this file and save it on your computer. Use Word's mail merge wizard to help you set up a merge. Pick this document as your starting document. When you get to the Select Recipients step, choose a file you have exported from your Databank. Replace the merge fields in this sample letter with matching merge fields from the data file.
