This error occurs when you are logged into two user accounts at the same time and in the same browser. You can fix this by logging out of both accounts, then logging in to the one you currently need to use.

If you have need to be logged into both databases/accounts at the same time, use separate browsers (e.g. Log in to account A in Firefox and log into account B in Internet Explorer).
