Download a report that includes donor names and amounts donated for the past three years

1. from the 'Search' drop down select 'Contributions'

2. just below the word 'Campaign' click on 'All campaigns'

3. next to 'Contribution: dates:' put in the date three years ago for a 'Beginning date:'

4. select 'Find'

5. from the 'Selection' drop down select 'Roster'

6. select 'Member/Contribution Roster'

7. below 'CONTRIBUTION':' check 'Include contribution records'

8. below 'Include:' select 'Include only contributions that match ..........".

9. below 'OUTPUT FORMAT' select 'Downloadable text file'

10. change the delimiter if you want from 'Comma' to 'Tab' each will lay down differently

11. select 'Create Report' because of the amount of members this may take a while just wait
