Build a Custom Roster Report with Custom Table info

1. make the search of the people you want in the report

2. from the 'Selection' drop down choose 'Roster'

3. below 'Create a new roster based ..... ' set the drop down to the table you want included in the report and select 'New Roster'

4. title the report next to 'Report Title'

5. using the << and the >> buttons move the 'Available Fields' you want in the report into the 'Include in Report' section

6. choose your output format

7. select 'Save'

8. the words 'Report Saved' will appear at the top click the link now next to the title that says 'View Report'

This roster report will now be available from 'Roster' anytime you want it
