Personalize a link

When including a link to one of your Databank online forms in a PowerMail, you can personalize the link so that the form recognizes your constituent. This feature saves the recipient from having to reenter their contact information and streamlines the process. By default Form Links are not personalized. To enable this feature:

Right Click on the Link to be Personalized - Click Edit Link

Check 'Personalize link'

Right clicking the link opens the link properties box. To personalize the link just tick the box for Personalize link. When you click the link, the coding will automatically be added.

Now when a person who recieves this email clicks on the link, it will prepopulate the form for them with their information so they don't need to enter it.
