No longer receiving emails from thedatabank

The most common reason for this is because either your email program or email server is marking the messages as junk/spam.  To remedy this check your junk/spam mail settings and make sure you contact your internet service provider/email server and have them whitelist thedatabank's ip address: 216.245.184.86
